Salsa ala Carbonara

This recipe can be made in about 30 minutes start to finish. It makes a delish dinner for 4-6 out of the simplest of ingredients.
Ingredients
- (4-8 quarts) Water for boiling pasta
- (1 pound) Spaghetti
- (1/2 cup) Parmesan Cheese
- (to taste) Salt and Pepper
- (3-4 cloves) Garlic (minced)
- (2) Eggs (raw)
- (1 lb) Bacon Ends - Pepper
Directions
- Put water on to Boil
- Mince Bacon in small pieces and begin to fry to just barely crisp
- Put pasta in boiling water
- Put raw eggs in large pasta bowl and whisk until blended, set aside
- Right before pasta is done put minced garlic in bacon
- Drain pasta from water and put hot pasta over eggs and toss (eggs will coat pasta and pasta will cook eggs)
- Pour bacon and bacon fat over pasta and toss
- Add parmesan cheese to pasta and toss
- Serve Immediately.
You can use any bacon or bacon ends you like. We use pepper bacon as I like a lot of black pepper in this dish.
