Mexican inspired marinade for beef fajitas, tacos, burritos, and more! Works with all beef cuts, but especially flank steak, skirt steak, and flat-irons.
Directions
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2-2 pounds Tierra Verde Farms steak for fajitas
5 garlic cloves minced
1 lime, juiced
1 orange, juiced
1 jalapeno, cored and finely minced (optional, but recommended)
1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp oregano (mexican oregano if you can find it)
salt/pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients together. Cover steak and marinade in refrigerator 2-4 hours. Allow to come to room temperature before grilling. Enjoy!
