Comfort Food. As a bonus, this recipe makes 2 loaves. One can be wrapped and frozen for cooking at a later date!
Ingredients
- (1 lb) Ground Beef
- (1 lb) Ground pork - Bulk
- (1 egg) Dozen Eggs
- (1) Onion, chopped
- (1 tsp) Salt
- (1/2 tsp) Black Pepper
- (2 tsp) Worcestershire sauce
- (1 Cup) Bread Crumbs
- (1/2 Cup) Ketchup (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients thoroughly.
Divide the mixture in half and place into 2 separate 1-pound loaf pans.
At this point you can spread the ketchup over the tops of the loaves.
Bake uncovered for 45-60 minutes until the center of the loaf reaches 160 degrees F.
